Redwood Private Care is continually growing. We are accepting resumes from Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Companions/Sitters. For consideration, please submit your resume. 

Nursing Personnel – Nurses (RN and LPNs) must be licensed in Georgia. The role of the RN nurse is to supervise and train all private care services staff. He/she will counsel the client and family members about the care plan and report all concerns to the Agency Administrator. 

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Redwood Private Care will employ Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to perform personal care tasks. Those tasks include but are not limited to assisting with ambulation, providing medication reminders, following written instructions from the supervising nurse, and reporting changes in the client’s health condition. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are also authorized to perform personal care tasks. The PCA reports to the nursing supervisor.

Companion or Sitter – The responsibilities of the companion/sitter include observing and documenting changes in the client's health condition or family situation. His/her role is to act as an emotional support to the client. He/she will follow written instructions and report to the nursing supervisor.
